As a Security Officer - Industrial Patrol in Pawtucket, RI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, following security-related procedures and site-specific policies in accordance with Allied Universal standards.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations at the manufacturing and industrial location in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or security-related concerns.
• Observe for and report irregularities such as security-related breaches, fire hazards, leaking water pipes, and/or malfunctioning equipment found during patrols.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying credentials, and documenting visitor and contractor information.
• Support emergency response activities as directed, including guiding individuals to designated areas and communicating with first responders as needed.
• Complete detailed and accurate reports of daily activities, incidents, and/or security-related concerns observed during patrols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
