As a Security Professional - Aero/Defense Patrol - Security Clearance in Gilbert, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a prominent aerospace and defense location, you will actively monitor and patrol designated areas to help deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service. Your presence and attention to detail will contribute to a secure environment, as you engage with personnel, check access points, and respond promptly to any security-related concerns. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies and/or responding to emergency situations as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and around the perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity and/or potential risks.
• Monitor for unusual activity and report observations according to established protocols.
• Assist with access control by verifying credentials and helping to maintain authorized entry points.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, visitors, and/or contractors as needed.
• Complete required documentation and incident reports in a timely and accurate manner.
• Support Allied Universal and client representatives in implementing site-specific rules and/or procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
• An active Department of Defense Secret Clearance is required.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
