As a Security Professional - Distribution Patrol in South San Francisco, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a major logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help to deter security-related incidents and foster a secure environment. Your visible presence will be key in promoting peace of mind for everyone onsite. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the logistics and distribution location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the business premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Observe and report any unusual activities or incidents encountered during patrols.
• Monitor access points to help to deter unauthorized entry into restricted areas.
• Interact professionally with staff, visitors, and delivery personnel to promote a secure environment.
• Complete daily activity reports and incident reports as required by Allied Universal procedures.
• Remain alert and attentive at all times while performing patrol duties in and around the logistics and distribution environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
