As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help to deter security-related incidents. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, utilizing Allied Universal protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including the business area and perimeter, to help to deter potential issues.
• Observe and report any unusual activities or security-related concerns encountered during patrols.
• Work collaboratively with client personnel and Allied Universal team members to maintain a secure environment within the manufacturing and industrial setting.
• Control access points to the location and monitor entry and exit of individuals, vehicles, and deliveries as required by site procedures.
• Document all incidents, observations, and actions taken in detailed written reports according to Allied Universal standards.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
