As a Security Guard - Distribution Access Control Full-Time in Stockton, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an Access Control professional with Allied Universal at a leading logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help deter security-related incidents. What You'll Do:

• Monitor and control access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and/or exit at the distribution facility.
• Verify credentials of employees, visitors, and drivers entering or exiting the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility and its perimeter to help to deter and identify security-related issues.
• Observe, document, and report any suspicious activity, security-related incidents, or policy violations.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergency situations in a calm, problem-solving manner according to site-specific procedures.
• Provide courteous customer service while interacting with personnel, visitors, and vendors at the location.
• Follow site-specific policies and procedures to support the security-related operations of the logistics and distribution environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
