As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to deter security-related incidents at a residential location. What You'll Do:

• Monitor access points to the residential location, verifying credentials and granting entry to authorized individuals in accordance with site-specific policies.
• Provide customer service by assisting residents, guests, and visitors with inquiries and directions while maintaining professionalism.
• Carry out security-related procedures as outlined by Allied Universal and site management, adapting to the unique needs of the residential environment.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols within the property and along its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access or suspicious activity.
• Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and activities as required.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement or emergency services as directed during emergency situations.
• Maintain an alert presence and uphold Allied Universal’s standards for customer service and site protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
