As a Security Officer - Vehicle Patrol Driver in SHADY GROVE , PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Transportation, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a transportation-focused location, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting regular patrols and maintaining a visible presence throughout the premises. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the transportation location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or security-related incidents.
• Observe and report any suspicious behaviors or conditions to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential disruptions and/or security-related issues within the transportation environment.
• Assist visitors, guests, and employees by providing directions and responding to inquiries in a professional manner.
• Complete required documentation and/or reports of incidents, observations, and daily activities.
• Work collaboratively with Allied Universal team members and client staff to support a secure environment at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
