As a Security Officer - Aero/Defense Patrol in Savannah, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal in an aerospace and defense setting, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help create a secure environment. You will conduct regular patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service through clear communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the business premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify potential issues.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns throughout the location.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of incidents and patrol activities.
• Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and employees, offering assistance as appropriate.
• Assist local law enforcement and/or emergency personnel as directed during incidents.
• Adhere to all company and client policies, including those specific to aerospace and defense environments.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of law enforcement experience or 2 years of experience as a security supervisor or manager, or 3 years of security-related experience.
• Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
