What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining a professional presence.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or security-related incidents.
• Monitor for unusual activity and report any concerns or incidents according to site protocol.
• Interact professionally with members of the public, employees, and/or visitors while upholding the standards of Allied Universal.
• Assist law enforcement and/or emergency responders on site as required by site-specific protocols.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations as required by the post orders.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• At least one year of armed security, law enforcement, or military experience is required.
• An armed guard card or license is required.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
