As a Security Professional - CRE Front Desk Driver in Miami, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will be the first point of contact for tenants, visitors, and staff. Your primary focus will be on providing a welcoming presence, monitoring entry and exit activity, managing visitor access, and assisting with security-related concerns. This is a driving post, and you will be expected to demonstrate reliability and professionalism while helping to deter potential incidents. What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and staff at the commercial real estate location by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
  • Monitor access at the front desk, verifying identification and credentials for individuals entering the premises.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
  • Maintain a visible presence at the front desk to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or access.
  • Communicate professionally with building occupants, guests, and emergency responders as needed.
  • Document security-related incidents, observations, and/or unusual activities per site and Allied Universal protocols.
  • Assist with visitor management, including signing in and out guests and issuing visitor badges when required.
  • Support emergency response activities and/or building evacuations by providing guidance and direction as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

  • A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
  • Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
  • A minimum of 5 years of security-related experience is required.
  • CPR certification is preferred.
  • The ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
