As a Front Desk Security Officer with Allied Universal, you will serve as the first point of contact at a commercial real estate location, providing a professional and welcoming presence. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk.
• Monitor access to the location, verifying credentials and managing visitor logs as required.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site management and/or emergency services as appropriate.
• Maintain a visible presence at the front desk to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with building tenants, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters.
• Support emergency response activities when appropriate, following established protocols and procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have at least 5 years of security-related experience.
• A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
