As a Security Officer - Unarmed Logistics Patrol Full-Time in Saint Louis, MO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting regular patrols at a logistics and distribution location. You will remain highly visible to support a secure environment and provide exceptional customer service to everyone on site. Your presence and communication skills will contribute to a welcoming atmosphere for staff and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by performing security-related procedures and following site-specific policies within a logistics and distribution environment.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting emergency response activities as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and along the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and maintain a visible security-related presence.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or incidents to the appropriate personnel in accordance with Allied Universal guidelines.
• Assist employees, visitors, and/or contractors with access procedures and provide directions as needed.
• Support Allied Universal and client leadership in maintaining compliance with security-related protocols specific to the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
