What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies at the food and beverage production location, including responding appropriately to emergencies when needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and collaborate with local law enforcement as required.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and maintain a visible Allied Universal presence.
• Monitor entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access and support site access control protocols.
• Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and any unusual activity in accordance with Allied Universal policies and client requirements.
• Assist with emergency preparedness drills and support response efforts during incidents such as fire alarms, medical emergencies, or other critical events.
• Communicate professionally with site staff, visitors, and/or contractors to provide assistance and information as needed while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess an active armed guard card or armed guard license as required by law.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
