As a Security Officer - Industrial Access Entry in Omaha, NE, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Access Control Security Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor entrances and patrol designated areas to help deter security-related incidents. Your presence will play a key role in creating a secure environment for employees and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor and control access points to help to deter unauthorized entry into the manufacturing and industrial location.
• Verify the identity of individuals entering restricted areas and maintain accurate access logs as required by site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support site operations.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter security-related risks and identify any unusual activity.
• Communicate and collaborate with site staff and Allied Universal team members to support a secure environment.
• Report and document any security-related incidents, equipment irregularities, or hazardous conditions according to company and client protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
