What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the location, including responding to emergencies as appropriate.
• Monitor access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and verify credentials of individuals entering the premises.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues when necessary.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business property and its perimeter to help to deter suspicious activity.
• Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual observations according to Allied Universal policies.
• Work collaboratively with property management and/or tenants to address security-related needs and concerns.
• Assist in guiding visitors, contractors, and employees regarding location access and site protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
