As a Security Officer - Armed Patrol Specialist in Milwaukee, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Armed Security Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols and remain highly visible throughout the property to help to deter security-related incidents. Your role includes monitoring assigned areas, responding promptly to incidents, and delivering exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and participate in emergency response activities when needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the commercial real estate property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas within the commercial real estate location, maintaining a visible presence as an armed security professional.
• Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences encountered during patrols.
• Work collaboratively with Allied Universal team members and property management to address concerns related to the property's security-related needs.

Minimum Requirements:

• Being at least 21 years of age is preferred.
• Possessing a state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
• Having customer service experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Having access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
