Job Description


As a Security Officer - Dispatch Driver Government in Riverside, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in supporting government operations at a dynamic location. Your responsibilities will include monitoring activities, coordinating communications, and conducting routine patrols to help to deter security-related incidents. You will remain highly visible, provide exceptional customer service, and foster strong communication with clients and team members. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required. What You'll Do:

  • Monitor and manage communications between on-site personnel, first responders, and Allied Universal management to support security-related operations at the location.
  • Dispatch security-related resources and provide real-time updates to field staff as needed, using radio, telephone, and digital communication systems.
  • Document and report incidents, critical situations, and daily activities accurately in accordance with site-specific protocols.
  • Support emergency response efforts by coordinating with local law enforcement and emergency services when required.
  • Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by assisting with information, directions, and general inquiries.
  • Help to deter unauthorized activities by maintaining an attentive presence and monitoring security-related systems such as CCTV, alarms, and access control devices.
  • Conduct regular checks of communication equipment and logs to support readiness and compliance with site policies.

Minimum Requirements:

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Pepper Spray Certification is preferred.
  • CPR Certification is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
