As a Security Guard - Logistics Entry Screener in Chino, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a Screener with Allied Universal in a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help maintain a secure environment. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and delivering outstanding customer service through clear communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the logistics and distribution location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor entry and exit points, screening individuals and/or vehicles based on site protocols.
• Maintain detailed records and logs of activities, incidents, and any unusual observations.
• Communicate with site personnel and Allied Universal management regarding any security-related concerns or incidents.
• Follow all post orders and instructions specific to the screener position at the logistics and distribution location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
