Job Description


As a Security Professional - CRE Site Patrol Driver in Waipahu, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer in a commercial real estate location, where you'll monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and create a welcoming atmosphere. As a visible presence, you will conduct routine patrols, engage with tenants and visitors, and provide exceptional customer service. This post requires driving responsibilities, so a valid driver's license is necessary. What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, adhering to site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the location, including both interior and exterior areas, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify any potential issues.
  • Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
  • Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials as needed.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal staff while maintaining a visible presence throughout the assigned location.
  • Document all activities, incidents, and security-related observations clearly and accurately in daily reports.
  • Support emergency response efforts by following designated procedures and providing assistance as directed.

Minimum Requirements:

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • A guard card or license is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
