As a Security Professional - Manufacturing Site Patrol - Full Time in Chandler, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while fostering a welcoming environment through exceptional customer service and communication. You will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible, and engage with employees and visitors to address their concerns. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help to deter potential issues or unauthorized activities.
• Monitor access points and observe for any suspicious behavior or hazards within the location.
• Complete detailed reports on daily activities, incidents, and/or any unusual occurrences observed during patrols.
• Communicate with Allied Universal management and site personnel regarding incidents, hazards, and/or security-related concerns observed during shifts.
• Assist visitors, contractors, and/or employees by providing information and guidance as needed while maintaining professional conduct.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Be at least 21+ years of age for this post.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
