As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated tech, media, and telecom locations to help deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining professionalism.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including business areas and the perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Observe and report any security-related irregularities or incidents encountered during patrols.
• Work collaboratively with clients, visitors, and team members to help to create a secure environment tailored to the needs of a tech, media, and telecom location.
• Assist with access control, verifying credentials and monitoring entrances and exits as required by site policies.
• Maintain detailed logs and reports of daily activities, incidents, and observations as directed by Allied Universal or site management.
• Participate in site-specific training and emergency drills to remain prepared for various situations.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
