As a Security Officer - Manufacturing Patrol Detail in Council Bluffs, IA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned manufacturing and industrial locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment. You will conduct regular patrols, remain highly visible, and deliver outstanding customer service while providing clear communication with visitors and staff. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergencies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor for and report unusual activity or conditions within the facility and surrounding areas.
• Assist employees, contractors, and visitors with access and security-related inquiries as needed.
• Document observations, incidents, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal guidelines.
• Support site-specific security-related operations as directed by supervisors or site management.

Minimum Requirements:

• State, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
