What You'll Do:

• Assist with access control procedures at the location, verifying credentials and monitoring entry and exit points for authorized personnel and visitors.
• Help to deter unauthorized entry by remaining alert and attentive to site activities.
• Provide customer service by assisting individuals with inquiries and guiding them through security-related processes.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to observe and address any unusual activity.
• Document and report security-related incidents, maintenance needs, or hazards identified during patrols.
• Collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal management to communicate relevant site information and/or concerns.
• Support emergency response activities as needed, following site-specific policies and procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
