As a Security Officer - Healthcare Campus Patrol in Phoenix, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a healthcare location, you will be responsible for monitoring and patrolling assigned areas to help create a secure environment for staff, patients, and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as directed by Allied Universal.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and support a secure environment.
• Observe and report security-related incidents or suspicious activity, documenting all occurrences according to company and client requirements.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points, verifying credentials as required, and helping to maintain order within the facility.
• Support emergency response efforts in accordance with site-specific procedures, including assisting with evacuations or providing guidance to staff and visitors as needed.
• Maintain a visible presence to help to deter inappropriate behavior and provide reassurance to staff, patients, and visitors within the healthcare environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
