As a Security Guard - Retail Patrol Driving Role in Commercial Point, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will be responsible for monitoring and patrolling a dynamic retail or mall location, helping to deter security-related incidents and building a welcoming environment for visitors and staff. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and provide a visible security-related presence.
• Monitor for any irregularities or suspicious behavior and report findings to appropriate parties as required.
• Assist with access control by observing entrances and exits, verifying credentials as needed, and/or directing individuals as appropriate.
• Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and staff to address inquiries or provide guidance when needed.
• Complete required documentation, such as incident or patrol reports, as directed by Allied Universal and/or site management.
• Remain alert to emergency situations and assist with response actions as directed by Allied Universal protocols and site-specific procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
