As a Security Professional - Retail Mall Patrol Driver in Chehalis, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to deter security-related incidents at a busy retail location. Your responsibilities include conducting routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence, and providing superior customer service while interacting with visitors and staff. This is a driving post, so you will use your skills behind the wheel to navigate the premises and respond promptly to various situations. What You'll Do:

• Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations at the location in a calm and problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail environment and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
• Observe and report any irregularities, such as property damage, suspicious activity, or unauthorized individuals on the premises.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with team members, site management, and law enforcement as needed.
• Document all incidents, observations, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.
• Assist visitors and staff as needed, providing direction and information while maintaining a visible Allied Universal presence at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
