As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while delivering exceptional customer service. Your visible presence and routine patrols will help to create a secure environment for tenants, visitors, and staff. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, ensuring clear communication at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols inside the commercial real estate location and around its perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity and/or unwanted behavior.
• Observe and report any irregularities, such as property damage, defective equipment, or unusual occurrences within the location.
• Work in varying environments and conditions as required by the commercial real estate site.
• Maintain detailed reports of daily activities and any incidents encountered during patrols.
• Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and local contacts to address site-specific needs and assist with emergency response activities as directed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
