As a Security Officer - Financial Site - Full Time in Lewisville, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a PATROL_UNARMED Officer with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will help to deter security-related incidents by routinely patrolling assigned areas and maintaining a visible presence. Your role involves monitoring the premises, responding to situations as they arise, and providing exceptional customer service and communication to everyone you encounter. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the financial institution's premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe for unusual conditions.
• Report security-related incidents, hazards, and/or suspicious behaviors to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist in controlling access to the location, verifying credentials when necessary, and helping to maintain order within the premises.
• Maintain detailed and accurate logs of patrols, observations, and incidents as required by Allied Universal and the client site.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal team members.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
