Job Description


As a Security Professional Patrol Driver - Telecom in Mount Juliet, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading Tech/Media/Telecom location, you will conduct regular patrols throughout the premises to help deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment. Visibility and strong communication are key as you interact with employees and visitors, offering outstanding customer service and assistance. This is a driving post, requiring you to operate vehicles as part of your patrol responsibilities. What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner within the tech, media, and telecom environment.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including the business premises and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity.
  • Observe and report any unusual occurrences or suspicious activity in accordance with Allied Universal guidelines.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of incidents, observations, and security-related activities as required by the site.
  • Collaborate with other Allied Universal personnel and site staff to support a secure environment.
  • Assist visitors and employees with general inquiries related to site access and directions, providing a welcoming presence.
  • Remain alert to changes in the environment and communicate any concerns or issues to the appropriate channels.

Minimum Requirements:

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
  • CPR certification is preferred.
  • CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
