What You'll Do:

• Monitor and control access to the location, verifying credentials and authorizations for individuals entering or exiting the premises.
• Assist with the implementation of access control procedures in accordance with site-specific policies and/or protocols.
• Provide customer service by responding to inquiries and offering directions as needed within the logistics and distribution environment.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or potential security-related incidents.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal and client protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of access control activities and report any irregularities or security-related incidents as required.
• Collaborate with site personnel and visitors to support the security-related objectives of the logistics and distribution operation.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfort with using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
