As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated areas within a dynamic tech and media environment. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the technology and media location, including both the business interior and its perimeter.
• Observe for unusual activity or conditions that may require intervention and report findings according to site procedures.
• Communicate professionally and promptly with clients, site personnel, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related concerns.
• Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential disruptions and unauthorized activities at the location.
• Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and in a timely manner.

Minimum Requirements:

• X-Ray screening experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
