As a Security Professional - Patrol Site in Lewiston Woodville, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a food and beverage production environment. Your presence helps to deter security-related incidents while providing exceptional customer service to everyone on site. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain visibility, and communicate with team members to support a secure environment. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, participate in emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations at the location in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues within the food and beverage production environment.
• Monitor for unusual or suspicious activity, reporting observations according to established protocols.
• Assist with access control procedures, verifying credentials of individuals entering restricted areas as required by site guidelines.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, visitors, and emergency personnel as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• X-ray screening experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
