As a Security Officer - Utilities Patrol Driver in Stratton, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Utilities, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a utilities location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help create a secure environment. You will conduct regular tours, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service. This is a driving post, so you will be responsible for patrolling the premises in a vehicle. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including responding to emergencies when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while following company protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the utility facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Observe and report any unusual conditions or security-related concerns within the location.
• Maintain detailed and accurate logs of patrols, incidents, and other security-related events as required by Allied Universal and/or site leadership.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with site personnel, visitors, and emergency responders as needed.
• Support access control procedures to help to deter unauthorized entry into restricted areas.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Primarily driving post is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
