What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies as directed by Allied Universal and client expectations.
• Perform screening of individuals, packages, and/or vehicles entering the logistics and distribution location to help to deter prohibited items and unauthorized access.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of screening activities and report any irregularities or suspicious findings to appropriate personnel.
• Collaborate with logistics staff and other personnel to support overall security-related operations within the distribution environment.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around designated screening areas and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and maintain a visible presence.
• Participate in emergency response activities, following site-specific procedures and instructions provided by Allied Universal.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
