As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a retail location, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting regular patrols and maintaining high visibility throughout the premises. Your role involves monitoring assigned areas, providing a reassuring presence, and delivering exceptional customer service through clear communication. This is a primarily driving post, requiring a valid driver's license. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at the retail location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the operations of the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the retail environment and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and to observe and report security-related matters.
• Assist store staff and visitors with directions, general questions, and requests to foster a welcoming atmosphere.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help to deter theft and unauthorized access, reporting any suspicious activity as observed.
• Collaborate with local management and Allied Universal supervisors to communicate issues and observations regarding security-related concerns at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Primarily driving post is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
