Job Description


As a Security Professional - Commercial Site Patrol - Full Time in Pleasant Prairie, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a commercial real estate location, you will actively monitor and patrol designated areas to help to deter security-related incidents and create a welcoming atmosphere. You will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible, and engage with building occupants to provide excellent customer service and clear communication. This is a driving post, and you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact while working within a collaborative team that values agility, reliability, and integrity.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide outstanding customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies while on duty at the location.
  • Respond to incidents and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, utilizing training and protocols provided by Allied Universal.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the business premises and around the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify any irregularities.
  • Monitor entry and exit points, reporting any suspicious behavior or activity according to established protocols.
  • Document and report security-related occurrences and maintain clear communication with supervisor and team members.
  • Assist with emergency response activities as required, following established procedures and guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least one year of security-related experience is required.
  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Access control or badge experience is preferred.
  • Experience providing customer service is preferred.
  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
