What You'll Do:

• Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors by performing security-related procedures and adhering to site-specific policies at the front desk in a financial institution location.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials of individuals entering the facility to help to deter unauthorized entry.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of activities, incidents, and/or unusual occurrences as required by site procedures.
• Communicate with visitors, staff, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters and/or emergencies.
• Assist with emergency response activities, including coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as needed.
• Manage visitor and contractor check-in and/or check-out procedures to help to deter security-related incidents.

Minimum Requirements:

• An armed guard card or license is required.
• Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
