As a Security Officer - Healthcare Patrol Rounds in Concord, MA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help create a secure environment for patients, visitors, and staff. What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations within the healthcare location in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
  • Assist medical staff, visitors, and patients as needed while maintaining a professional presence.
  • Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related incidents promptly to the appropriate personnel.
  • Support access control by monitoring entry and exit points, verifying identification when necessary, and reporting any concerns.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations according to Allied Universal standards.
  • Participate in site-specific training and emergency drills to stay prepared for various situations that may arise within a healthcare environment.

Minimum Requirements:

  • CPR certification is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
