As a Security Professional - Armed Patrol Financial Institution in Atlanta, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an Armed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, you will actively monitor and patrol assigned areas to help maintain a secure environment. Your visible presence will help to deter security-related incidents while delivering outstanding customer service and communication. This role is both armed and driving, requiring you to responsibly carry a firearm and operate a vehicle as part of your daily duties. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols around the financial institution and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized access.
• Remain alert to unusual activities or conditions and report findings according to established protocols.
• Interact professionally with visitors, employees, and/or vendors while maintaining a visible presence.
• Assist in controlling access to restricted areas according to site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Applicants must have 5 or more years of security-related experience.
• Applicants must have 3 or more years of combined law enforcement, military, or adult corrections experience.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
