As a Patrol Armed Security Officer with Allied Universal, you will be responsible for monitoring and patrolling assigned financial institution locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a visible presence. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and maintain a visible presence.
• Monitor access points and verify identification of individuals entering restricted areas.
• Remain alert and prepared to respond to potential threats or emergencies as they arise within the financial institution environment.
• Interact professionally with employees, visitors, and/or customers while upholding the standards of Allied Universal.
• Document observations, incidents, and/or activities as required by site-specific procedures.
• Carry a firearm and maintain readiness to respond to armed threats in accordance with state and company guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:

• An armed guard card or license is required.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
