As a Security Officer - Financial Patrol in Kahului, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a financial institution location, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain strong communication, and provide outstanding customer service to all visitors and staff. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, along with emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the financial institution’s business and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity. Working environments and conditions may vary by location.
• Observe and report security-related activity and/or incidents to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential security-related issues at the location.
• Communicate with clients, visitors, and employees in a professional manner while addressing security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
