As a Security Officer - Financial Patrol Specialist in San Francisco, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal in a financial institution setting, you will actively monitor and patrol assigned areas to help to deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment for clients and visitors. You will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible throughout the location, and provide professional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and participate in emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, adhering to established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the proper authorities.
• Communicate with clients, visitors, and staff in a professional and courteous manner while carrying out all assigned duties.
• Complete detailed written reports of daily activities, incidents, and/or irregularities encountered during patrols.
• Assist with access control procedures and verify identification as necessary, based on site protocols for financial institutions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Experience using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
