As a Security Officer - Armed Patrol in Tulsa, OK, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Armed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a dynamic commercial real estate location, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents. Your role involves conducting regular patrols, responding to situations as they arise, and carrying out your duties as an armed professional. You will deliver exceptional customer service, communicate clearly with visitors and tenants, and represent our company's agile, reliable, and innovative values while always putting people first and working with integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the commercial real estate property and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.
• Monitor access points, observe for unusual behavior, and report any security-related concerns to the appropriate authorities.
• Assist with emergency response activities and coordinate with local law enforcement as needed.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of patrols, incidents, and daily activities as required by Allied Universal and the client site.
• Support a welcoming and professional environment at the location while maintaining a visible presence to help to deter potential threats.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
