As an Armed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will help to deter security-related incidents through regular patrols and visible presence. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols around the financial institution's premises and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or provide a visible presence.
• Assist in monitoring entrances, exits, and other critical areas to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious behavior.
• Document observations, incidents, and/or activities in detailed reports as required by Allied Universal and site policies.
• Collaborate with law enforcement and/or emergency responders as needed during incidents or emergencies at the location.
• Support the enforcement of site policies and procedures to help to deter and/or address security-related concerns within the financial institution environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Being at least 21 years of age is required.
• An armed guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Pepper spray certification is preferred.
• Handcuffing certification is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
