As a Security Officer - Industrial Patrol Driver in Sparks, NV, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer in a dynamic manufacturing and industrial setting, where you'll help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and maintaining a strong presence throughout the location. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, assisting with emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain order on site.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify any potential issues.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other key areas to observe for unusual or suspicious behavior.
• Document activities, observations, and incidents as required by site procedures and Allied Universal guidelines.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, visitors, and emergency response personnel when needed.
• Support the overall security-related operations within the manufacturing and industrial location.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Primarily driving post experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
