As a Security Officer - Unarmed Post - Overnight Shift in Briarcliff Manor, NY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a DISPATCH professional with Allied Universal in a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while supporting smooth operations. You will conduct routine patrols, stay highly visible, and interact with staff and visitors to provide outstanding customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do:

• Monitor and respond to calls and radio communications, dispatching security-related personnel as needed throughout the logistics and distribution location.
• Provide customer service by adhering to site-specific security-related procedures and policies, addressing inquiries and/or concerns from staff and visitors.
• Maintain accurate records of all incidents, dispatches, and security-related activities using appropriate documentation methods.
• Coordinate with on-site staff and management to relay critical information and instructions during incidents and/or emergencies.
• Assist in helping to deter unwanted activity by maintaining awareness of site activities and reporting any suspicious behavior or incidents promptly.
• Support Allied Universal and site leadership in executing emergency response activities as appropriate for the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
