As a Security Professional - Patrol Driver Chemical Sector in El Paso, IL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. What You'll Do:

  • Provide excellent customer service by following Allied Universal security-related procedures and site-specific policies, addressing client and visitor needs professionally.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations at the chemical or petrochemical location in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
  • Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility and around the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify irregularities.
  • Monitor for and report any suspicious persons, vehicles, or activities within the location to the appropriate personnel.
  • Document security-related incidents and complete required reports in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Assist with access control by verifying credentials and/or authorizations as required by site policies.
  • Support emergency response activities, including evacuations and drills, as directed by management or emergency services.

Minimum Requirements:

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
