What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, adhering to site-specific policies, and assisting with emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations at the location in a calm and problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and support a secure environment for employees and visitors.
• Maintain detailed records and logs of patrol activities, incidents, and observations as required by site protocols.
• Communicate professionally with employees, visitors, and management to address inquiries or report concerns related to security-related matters.
• Work closely with Allied Universal management and site personnel to uphold the standards of security-related operations at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• A minimum of three years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience, or a college degree, is required.
• Being at least 21 years of age is required.
• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Certification in CPR and/or First Aid is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
