As a Security Officer - Industrial Patrol in Meadville, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will be responsible for monitoring and patrolling assigned areas to help maintain a secure environment. Your visible presence will help to deter security-related incidents while you interact with employees, visitors, and guests with professionalism and courtesy. You'll deliver exceptional customer service, support a caring and people-first culture, and work as part of a reliable and agile team committed to acting with integrity every day.

What You'll Do:

• Provide excellent customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while following Allied Universal guidelines.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and/or breaches of security-related procedures.
• Report observations, incidents, and/or hazards promptly to the appropriate site contacts and/or Allied Universal management.
• Assist with emergency response activities as directed, including supporting evacuation procedures as needed.
• Document all activities and incidents according to Allied Universal and site protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
