As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal at a prominent food and beverage location, you will be the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and guests. What You'll Do:

• Greet visitors, vendors, and/or employees in a professional manner at the front desk, providing customer service and assistance as required.
• Follow and carry out security-related procedures and site-specific policies as directed by Allied Universal and the location.
• Monitor access to the location, verifying identification and controlling entry to help to deter unauthorized individuals.
• Respond calmly and with problem-solving skills to incidents and/or critical situations at the front desk.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all security-related activities, incidents, and visitor interactions at the front desk.
• Communicate promptly with Allied Universal management and/or location staff regarding security-related matters and emergent situations.
• Assist with emergency response activities, following established protocols as appropriate for a food and beverage environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
